Weapon Bonus, goes it stack ?
Hi guys.
I noticed in Vasburg Armory, that you can buy for example: a Fire wand, with the following bonuses: Halves casting time of fire magic spells (20%) Halves skill recharge of fire magic spells (20%) and a Flame Artifact with the exact same bonuses. my question is then, does those bonuses stack, so it becomes 40% insted of 20% ? |

Your post assumed that when both chances occured it was still only half cast/recharge, which is incorrect. When both mods trigger, the half recharge is halved again, meaning it only takes a quarter of the time to recharge. You don't get a 36% chance of halved spell recharge with 2 20% mods, you get 32% chance of half recharge, 4% of quarter.
The correct percentages are: Code:

but okey.. no matter how you turn and flip it inside out, theres still better chances for faster recharge and cast with 2x20%.
